Award winning bathroom renovation for a Beach House at Tutukaka
“A modern upgrade to a tired and dated bathroom.”
The existing bathroom consisted of a cast iron bath with a shower over and a dated wash hand basin. The brief required a view from a new bath in the afternoon sun. This involved a pushed out wall to create space for the bath and a new shower. Ambience for evening bathing was created with a LED strip light in the floor to wash soft light up the wave formed tiles. A new basin, mirror and fittings with recessed LED strip lights, complete the design.
