“A lifestyle block with a stunning outlook over the Waiwera Estuary.”

We were delighted to be asked to design our clients new lifestyle block home having designed their original home 20 years previously.

Steeply pitched roofs were requested, clad in copper, for longevity next to the sea. Precast concrete insulated panels make up the external walls. The stunning cantilevered pool, with a glass end, is driven under to access the four-car garages. The computer-generated images give a clear representation of the finished building.

We produced photorealistic images including a photo montage in the actual surroundings.
