Houston Architects produced two designs to help the school evaluate whether to remodel the existing admin block or rebuild a new one on an adjacent site. The latter option was chosen after quantity surveyors estimates’ were prepared. The school preferred the fresh approach, because the new space-efficient design offered more benefits.
