The 144 room hotel located on Bolton Street near Parliament is an apartment-style hotel, where the rooms are owned by outside investors. An additional 10 owner/occupier apartments make up the top three floors of the 20 level building. The 4.5-star hotel has business centre facilities, a fully equipped gym, spa, sauna, and indoor heated lap pool.

Houston Architects designed the building with the 13 storey carousel carpark lift, which made use of an unproductive corner of the building and maximised the greatest number of revenue-producing rooms.
